Sharrk Ventures does not execute transactions, manage securities offerings, or exercise discretionary authority over any client's business, investment, or transaction decisions. All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Regulatory Status
Sharrk Ventures is not a registered broker-dealer, placement agent, investment adviser, merchant banker, portfolio manager, or regulated financial intermediary in any jurisdiction. Without limitation, Sharrk Ventures is not registered with or regulated by SEBI (India), the SEC or FINRA (United States), the FCA (United Kingdom), or any national competent authority under MiFID II (European Union). Sharrk Ventures does not solicit, introduce or negotiate with investors or buyers on any client's behalf, does not handle client or investor funds, and does not receive compensation contingent on the closing of any financing or transaction. Where a client needs those services, we recommend the client engage an appropriately licensed firm.
